The client remains fully responsible for their own implementation and results.

4. Booking and Payment

• Training sessions and digital products can be booked via our website or the Tentary platform.
• Prices are displayed in Euros and may change; the price valid at the time of booking applies.
• Payment is due immediately upon booking via the payment options provided (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
• Access to digital products is granted once payment is received.
• Access to digital products is exclusive to the person ordering and can only be accessed for the designated period after the purchase.

5. Digital Content Access and Usage

• Digital products (e.g., Podcast Course, future online courses) are provided for personal use only.
• Clients may not share, copy, or distribute content without prior written permission.
• Access may be time-limited as stated on the product page (e.g., lifetime or fixed duration).

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Trainings, workshops, and other group activities:

• Free rescheduling up to 2 weeks prior to the activity.
• Cancellations:
  • Between 1 and 2 weeks prior to the activity: 50% of the fee is charged.
  • Less than 1 week prior or no-show: 100% of the fee is charged.

Mentoring Sessions:

• Free rescheduling up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.
• Cancellations:
  • 48–24 hours prior: 50% of the fee is charged.
  • Less than 24 hours prior or no-show: 100% of the fee is charged.

Digital Products (e.g., Podcast Course):

• Due to the nature of instant digital access, refunds are only possible if explicitly stated on the product page or if legally required (e.g., withdrawal rights; see Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions).

7. Client Responsibility

• Clients confirm that all information provided is truthful.
• Clients acknowledge that success depends on their own commitment and implementation.
• For company trainings and advisory, clients confirm they have complied with all applicable company policies and processes.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

For digital products and coaching services, EU consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right:

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from contract conclusion.
• To exercise the right, you must inform us via email before the period expires.
• Digital products: By purchasing and immediately accessing the content, you consent to waiving the withdrawal right.
• Mentoring sessions: If sessions are provided before the withdrawal period ends, costs for provided services will be charged proportionally.

9. Free Content (Newsletter, Blog, Podcast Videos)

• Subscription to the free newsletter requires explicit consent (double opt-in).
• Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email.
• Free blog posts and podcast videos are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional advice.

10. Provider Responsibility

• The provider maintains confidentiality regarding mentoring sessions.
• For digital products, reasonable efforts are made to ensure platform availability; occasional downtime may occur.

11. Limitation of Liability

The provider is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages or consequential losses is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s business location, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions apply.

13. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by one closest to the intended purpose.
